1. Services
Chatter Studio provides AI-assisted audiobook production services. We produce audiobook files from manuscript content provided by you, the client.
2. Your Content
You retain all rights to your manuscript and the resulting audiobook. By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the manuscript or have authorization to produce an audiobook
- The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
- The content does not violate any applicable laws
3. Payment Terms
Pricing is per finished hour of audio as quoted. Payment terms:
- 50% deposit required to begin production
- Remaining 50% due upon delivery
- Enterprise clients may arrange custom payment terms
All prices are in AUD unless otherwise specified.
4. Revisions
Revision limits depend on your service tier:
- Starter: 10 line regenerations included
- Professional: Unlimited regenerations included
- Enterprise: Unlimited regenerations included
Additional revisions beyond tier limits may incur extra charges.
5. Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are provided at quote stage. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6. Watermarking
All audio files include inaudible forensic watermarking to protect against unauthorized distribution. This watermarking does not affect audio quality and is standard across all tiers.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all manuscript content as confidential. We will not share, publish, or use your content for any purpose other than producing your audiobook without your explicit consent.
8. Refunds
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once production begins. If we fail to deliver satisfactory results after reasonable revision attempts, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
